Service Description
A session for when you need more than one thing at once. You sit or lie down fully clothed, and I offer a blend of what your body is asking for in that moment — somatic work, breath, sound, energy work, Access Bars, or gentle guidance from my voice. Whatever feels needed as we go. The intention is entirely yours. Your body and energy lead. I listen and follow. Different every time. (If you'd like Access Bars on its own, that's a separate offering.) What you can leave with: A quieter mind — less spinning, less noise A nervous system that actually feels different More clarity, often on something you've been sitting with A sense of what to do next, coming from you The relief of being held for 90 minutes without holding anything yourself Held in person only in Bristol (The Practice Rooms). Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply upon failure to do so.
