Access Bars — 60 mins, in person
For the mind that hasn't switched off in a long time
Service Description
Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on session. You sit or lie down fully clothed, and I lightly touch 32 points on your head. There's nothing to explain, nothing to work through, nothing to figure out. Your nervous system does the rest. For 60 minutes, you have somewhere to put things down. I offer these sessions in central Bristol — Clifton, Clifton Village, or Cotham, depending on room availability. Bath sessions are available on request. This might be for you if: Your mind hasn't switched off in a long time. Sleep isn't restful. You're navigating ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, or a season of life that's asking more of you than you have. You've been carrying too much, for too long, without anywhere to put it down. Or you just want to deeply relax, let go of something heavy or any subconscious blockages or simply enjoy the treatment offering you peace inside your mind Or you're simply curious — no reason needed. What clients often notice: A quieter mind. Deeper sleep. Softer body. Chronic pain disappeared. The brain refragged. More energy. A sense of deep peace and coming back to themselves — sometimes on the day, sometimes over the days and weeks that follow. Every body responds differently, and there is no right way to receive a session. One session can shift something. If you're carrying a lot or you'd like to build a rhythm, I usually suggest at least four sessions — that's where the shift often stops being a memory and becomes something the body starts to trust. Details: 60 minutes, fully clothed Lying down or seated No talking required £75 single session · £65 per session when booked as a block of 4 Trauma-informed. Neurodivergent-friendly. Access Bars is a complementary wellness practice, not a medical treatment. Always follow the guidance of your medical team.
